It's your money. Your equity. You should get it back.
When a home is sold at foreclosure, the equity you built doesn't simply disappear. You sign up, we do the work, and you get the check.

See the whole process in a few minutes.
This short video walks you through what happens from the day you sign up to the day your check arrives.
Three steps. You only do the first one.
You sign up
Create your member account, tell us about the home, and sign your documents.
We do the work
We find the money, prepare every document, file the claim, and follow it through to the end.
You get the check
When the funds are released, your share is paid to you. Nothing is owed unless money is recovered.
Patience is the only thing we ask of you.
Once your case is in our hands, we carry it. Courts and counties move at their own pace, and some claims take months. You don't need to call offices, chase paperwork, or show up anywhere. Your case is being worked the whole time, and your member portal always shows where it stands.
Exactly what happens, and who does what.
Here's the full walkthrough. Notice how short the 'You' column gets.

What it costs
Nothing upfront. Our fee is a share of what we recover, and it's spelled out in your written agreement before any work begins. Where state law limits recovery fees, we charge no more than that limit. If nothing is recovered, you owe nothing.
What we may ask you for
- A copy of your photo ID
- Proof you owned the property (a deed, mortgage statement, or tax bill)
- For heirs: a death certificate and proof of relationship
- A notarized signature on certain forms, usually with a valid government photo ID
We will never ask for your bank password, a credit card, or a "processing fee."
If the owner has passed away
Heirs can often recover this money. These cases take more steps, but they are common, and we handle them regularly.
- Mortgage foreclosures and tax sales
- Inherited properties
- Foreclosed business properties
